SLAEAJ 3rd meeting was held at the Sri Lanka Embassy in Japan.Third meeting of the Sri Lanka Automobile Exporters Association in Japan was held at the Sri Lanka embassy in 3rd June 2012. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Jagath Ramanayake, president of the SLAEAJ and all the members were attended at the premises.

Mr. Jagath Ramanayake has initiated the meeting while thanking to the members of the association as well as the new members who participated as new members. He briefly reiterated the member on the advantages and the purpose of being a member in the SLAEAJ. It was mentioned that the benefits as to associate with large and prestigious organizational connections in the vehicle trade, exchanging ideas among the members and working together as one organization where the advantages in the field to be genuinely shared. In addition, Mr. Ramanayake, talked about his inspiring experience gained in the past decades and how he wants to us to learn from one another so that we can grow as an organization, even while benefiting individual business, and finally to endow the benefit for the motherland Sri Lanka. And he also welcomed the special guest Mr. Bansal who came to do a presentation regarding vehicle portal being developed by his company and explained what benefits for each individual member can be able get from his web portal.

During the meeting Mr. Ramanayake shared the pin points to be discussed among the participants. Among them samples logos for the association were presented and the members stated their own ideas to improve the presented logos. Addition to that, members were discussed how to file claims to TPCO for radiation contaminated vehicles as well as Mr. Bansal presentation to have more clarification about the web portal he has presented to discover more potentials thorough the internet business.

The members of the meeting were invited for the dinner scheduled in Hotel Grand Prince Shinagawa at 7.00 p.m.
