SLAEAJ 5th meeting was held at the Sri Lanka Embassy in Japan.

The 5th meeting of the Sri Lanka Automobile Exporters Association in Japan was held at the Sri Lanka embassy in 26th of August 2012. The meeting was mainly held to allocate task for preparations of the Sri Lankan Festival stall of SLAEAJ.
Mr. Jagath Ramanayake has initiated the meeting while thanking to the members who were present and he began to explain all the preparations need to be done to success the event as this is the first event of the SLAEAJ in public. Further he explained how importance of the publicity of the SLAEAJ among the people to have benefits in automobile industry point of view.
Mr. Somasena as the coordinating officer of the Sri Lankan embassy also explained about the terms and conditions given by the embassy to the presented members of the SLAEAJ.
Furthermore the meeting was handed over to Mr. Lasantha Nandasiri the vice president of the SLAEAJ to describe the schedule and the task allocation to the members who were present at the occasion. During his speech he explained what are the activities need to be planned inside the SLAEAJ booth to have attraction of the crowd who will participate for the Sri Lankan festival 2012.
