SLAEAJ Raffle Draw at the Sri Lankan Festival 2013.

Sri Lanka festival was held with recorded crowd for the 10th consecutive time at the Yoyogi Park in Shinjuku, Tokyo on 21st and 22nd September 2013. The Festival is organized by the Sri Lanka Embassy in Tokyo with the support of Japanese and Sri Lankan business organizations and well-wishers.
For the second consecutive time SLAEAJ decided to draw a raffle ticket as they did in last year. SLAEAJ raffle draw was one of the colored events of the occasion. It had a great success among the crowd because 1 million valued Nissan March car was given as the grand prize of the raffle draw.
Our special invitee Dr. Kalum Weerasingha made a huge contribution to Sri Lankan and the Japanese people while he was staying in the SLAEAJ stall during two days of the festival. It was really help to the raffle draw event as same as to the people who came to him to get prescribes and perfect diagnosis for the inabilities they had in their life. As Dr. Kalum Weerasinghe prescribes only local herbal medicines, he has proved and established good will inside people hearts.
The grand draw was held on 22nd September at 5 pm with the presence of the H.E the Ambassador Admiral [Rtd.] Wasantha Karannagoda, the SLAEAJ president Mr. Jagath Ramanayake, Vice president Mr. Lasantha Nandasiri, Secretary Mr. Mohamed Ali, Treasurer Mr. Saman Priyankara and other official members of the SLAEAJ.
His Excellency was requested to pick the lucky winner by Mr. Vicky. Without disappointing the other participant of the SLAEAJ raffle draw three consolation prizes also were drawn at the occasion. Mr. Jithendra Samarawickrama, Mr. Saman Priyankara and Mr. Mohamed Ali from the SLAEAJ organizing committee were invited by Mr. Vicky in order to pick lucky winners of consolation prizes. And the prizes were distributed among following winners with huge applause.
Raffle draw which was organized by SLAEAJ as their second consecutive time parallel to Sri Lankan Festival 2013 had a huge promotion to their vision in the automobile exporting industry.
